Daniel Badger
Managing Director
Dan is the Founder and Managing Director of Vitafresh Produce and Vitafresh Exports, with over 20 years of experience in the fresh produce industry. Having held key roles in both procurement and sales for major importers, he saw an opportunity to create a forward-thinking company. Outside of work, Daniel is a passionate golfer who enjoys spending time on the course whenever he can.
Dani Ivanova
Head of Procurement
Daniela is our Head of Purchasing, bringing years of experience in fresh produce buying. With a background in retail supply, she has a deep understanding of the trade and the critical need for accuracy and timely information. Outside of work, she stays active by regularly attending the gym and enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family.
Kurt Mac Kay
Procurement Manager
Kurt is a procurement expert with a keen eye for quality and efficiency. A family man with a strong faith, he actively serves in his church and stays dedicated to fitness. He’s passionate about golf, playing as often as possible, and has a background in semi-professional rugby and cricket. Before stepping into procurement, he worked in Quality Assurance, bringing a detail-oriented approach to everything he does.

Global Business Development Manager
Natalie is our Global Business Development Manager with over 15 years of experience in the produce industry. She brings a wealth of knowledge, strategic insight and passion for fostering international partnerships to the team. When she’s not driving growth in global markets, you’ll find her on the south coast, fishing line in hand and enjoying the sea breeze.
